- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer having a phone conversation first to get an idea of the clients needs. Then, I feel it's mandatory to meet in person. Just to put a face with a name.

I started in this line of work from trying to plan my own wedding and realizing the unlimited options available. I wish I had someone to help guide me through all the different possibilities.
