Abigail Cook says, "Hector and his team came and gave us a quote on repairing and replacing some foundation joists as well as replacing a piece of damaged subfloor. While they were able to replace and sister the joists rather quickly, the work on that was very well done, we did run into some issues with the sub flooring. We did not realize that it ran under some of our kitchen cabinets. The reason for one less star is simply due to him having two people come out to check that subfloor area to give us the quote and neither saw that issue when they first issued the quote. However, Hector came out and helped us figure out a solution to replace the main damaged piece and cross braced the rest after spraying to seal what was left. He made sure to see that the work was done as well as possible seeing the limitations on budget and location. He also kept the price the same even with the change of plans. When hiring a contractor, I doubt you can ask for better than being adaptable, affordable, while keeping their work high quality."See more
