Book the job the Day before and when it came time to do the work they informed me that their equipment was broken and they'd have to reschedule . Horrible communication as well as customer service I recommend not hiring them.

First of all, be on time. Every interaction I had with them was a disaster as far as time goes. They were not just late, but many hours late to everything. They didn't even bother to show up at all to the first estimate, leaving me waiting around for 5 hours +, not responding to texts. Same with our first appt. Next, don't say something is no problem or that you know how to do it when you don't. I am still in shock that you couldn't manage to make even remotely close to a circle around my tree. My husband and I did it today all by ourselves, and it just isn't that hard, especially for a "professional" company. Next, have the right tools available to do your jobs. Also, don't half-ass jobs. When I ask for a bed to be dug down 3 inches, so that there can be two inches of rock coverage with an inch to spare, don't just dig out around the edges 3 inches and leave the internal area completely uneven and sloped and higher than the edge of the bed. It still looks truly awful, and in spite of what you claimed, the rain washes rocks out of the bed constantly, but I do not have the mental energy to dig all of the rocks out of the bed, then fix the terrible job that you did, then put all the rocks back down. Eventually I'll hire an actual professional to come do it, but I am still just so sick about it now I can't think about it. Also, dont leave weed stalks growing up the sides of the bed, dig them out. Weeds have already started growing out of the sides, and all I had to do to fix it was dig the rocks back from the sides and dig out those particular weeds. Also, my grass around that tree is all dead now from the piles of dirt you left all around it, and there are rocks strewn literally all over my yard. Nothing was done neatly. To clean up my sidewalk, do not just brush the spilled rocks into the grass, that is horrible and so difficult to get out of grass! Also, initially we were going to pay them to do our gutters. Mr. Boone told me he got up on the roof and the gutters looked great, he had barely needed to do anything. Then a friend came over with his drone and took the pictures attached below for us, proving they had not been done and looked bad. Mr Boone agreed to not charge us for that part, but it was just another unprofessional aspect to our experience. This entire experience left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. I have literally had to go back and fix everything that you guys did to a degree. No real attention to detail. If I could do it over again, I would go with a different provider, even if I had to wait 6-8 weeks for them.
