FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are all hourly and based on the project. After the 1st hour, the rate is broken down into 15 minute increments to avoid charging for a full hour after only 20 minutes of work was done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin by securing the service address and contact information up front. I've found this to be the best way to communicate any challenges or changes to the project agenda. Upon arrival, and after introductions, I like to inspect the product being assembled or installed for any signs of damage. This also allows me to check that all parts are there. Once the product is completed, I allow the client the time to inspect it and, if possible, explain any issues that occurred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Product assembly has always been my SuperPower so, that aspect of my services began years ago. I was a Lead Man with a major renovation company in Bradenton, FL that allowed me to build a solid foundation of experience and process knowledge. My formal education is centered around architectural engineering and AutoCad. Coupled with my military experience as a Land Surveyor... let's just say that accuracy and precision are in my blood!
