- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes continuing education classes are important to stay current in your field. I am required by Georgia Real Estate Commission to take a certain amount of continuing education classes to renew my license. In addition I like to take classes to have the most update knowledge in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into my line of work because there was a chance of advancement at my job. I was working as a leasing consultant and was told if I got my Real Estate License, I could get a promotion to a Closing Coordinator position. That was all that needed to be said!!! I received my Real Estate License, my Associate Broker License years later and have been enjoying Property Management and Real Estate ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a Real Estate Professional I am able to do all type of services for my clients. I am able to assist with buying, selling, or renting a property. I am able to assist with managing a property for an owner. Managing the property can include finding a tenant, collecting rent, coordinate maintenance, filing for eviction, and etc.
