For the past 10 years my husband and I are out of state landlords with two rental property in College Park, Georgia. One of them was vacant for a quite awhile and needed lots of repairs. With Oriana's hard work, dedication and knowledge, she worked effectively with the contractors and got the property ready and rented out within 2 weeks, which made us very happy. What I love about Oriana is that she's professional, knowledgeable, hard working and the most important is that she keeps us informed about everything what's going on with properties and tenants. Oriana Wyche's tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze us; she is the best property manager we ever had.

I was looking to lease a home and was very specific in what I wanted. Mrs Wyche sent me plenty of listing and stayed in constant contact with me. She was always available when I called & when she couldn't answer the phone she would text. She kept me encouraged through the process because houses were available one minute and not the next. Mrs. Wyche was a joy to work with she made a stressful process stress free and seamless. I will be using only her in the future and I have referred friends to her!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes continuing education classes are important to stay current in your field. I am required by Georgia Real Estate Commission to take a certain amount of continuing education classes to renew my license. In addition I like to take classes to have the most update knowledge in my field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into my line of work because there was a chance of advancement at my job. I was working as a leasing consultant and was told if I got my Real Estate License, I could get a promotion to a Closing Coordinator position. That was all that needed to be said!!! I received my Real Estate License, my Associate Broker License years later and have been enjoying Property Management and Real Estate ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As a Real Estate Professional I am able to do all type of services for my clients. I am able to assist with buying, selling, or renting a property. I am able to assist with managing a property for an owner. Managing the property can include finding a tenant, collecting rent, coordinate maintenance, filing for eviction, and etc.
