- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take many insurances which only requires you to take care of your co-pay. I also provide discounts if you have no insurance and pay for a package deal at one time. My fees are kept reasonable so that anyone can afford the get the help they are in need of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I complete an assessment and then often we develop a plan to help achieve the goals that have been identified. I typically will work with a client once a week until they are able to be seen twice a month. I review the client's progress on a quarterly bases to ensure that we are still on the right path and we adjust as needs be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. A Masters of Arts degree in Community Counseling and a Specialist in Education degree in Professional Counseling. I am a member of the NCC and I hold a Professional License in the state of Georgia.
