What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Continuous education and training. Prepare many others in topics as well. CompTIA, Microsoft (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook), Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, Windows 7/8/8., Unbutu, mobile app editors/HTML5 Desktop/Mobile editors, usage navigation and many more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
From playing Atari and wanting to know about how to repair the console if it ever stopped working, as a child. In addition, looking at a book and following instructions on how to navigate a new Texas Instruments model desktop computer my mother had. It had a black and white interface on screen in the 80s long before the GUI or Windows views/screens we see today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
PC-tune ups, virus removals, data transfer, data recovery, hard drive replaces, formatting hard drive, operating systems install, websites and webmastering. Anti-virus installs, software installs and troubleshooting. Consulting on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point usage,navigation and certification test preps.
