- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be realistic and understanding with my customers. I'm in the business of making REPEAT CUSTOMERS as well as referrals. Fair pricing is a must. Our logo is "Slim Carpentry, For people who want quality work on a SLIM budget"!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually do an initial estimate at your convience, to be able to give as good of an estimate of cost as we can. Then if you choose us we move forward to the scheduling process and work on getting materials for the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started after framing houses and then being a residential/commercial construction supervisor for many years.
