What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly bookkeeping is priced based on the number of accounts, transaction volume, and services you need. If your books need cleanup, I’ll quote that as a separate one-time project before work begins. I’ll review your needs with you and provide clear pricing, including whether your QuickBooks subscription is included, so you know exactly what to expect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a conversation about your business and what you need help with. I’ll review your current bookkeeping setup, then send you a proposal with the scope and pricing. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll help you get set up, complete any needed cleanup, and begin monthly bookkeeping. Each month, I’ll reconcile your accounts and send you financial reports.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in finance and have worked at multiple accounting firms serving a variety of clients. That experience gave me hands-on training in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting. I now use that background to help small businesses keep their books accurate and organized.
