Great company, great people, would recommend. They (Robert) responded over the weekend to get me setup for a Monday appointment and Jeremiah was a great tech to get the job done.
Their team kept me up-to-date with any changes that we had regarding scheduling and it was very straightforward with pricing.
I needed my motherboard replaced because there was a short, but they did a full inspection and everything else seemed to be okay.
The price was consistent with comparable rates from other technicians, but the warmth from the communication with Robert and their commitment to first responders distinguished them from the rest.
I can’t comment if this was a permanent fix to the AC yet because they just came today, but based on the communication and technician, would recommend interest that if something goes wrong, they would be willing to fix it.

Can't say enough about Weather Masters. The initial tech was amazing. They sent someone out the same day. I ended up having to get a new system and it was done within 3 days of my initial inquiry.
Leo, my installer was a true professional. Communicative and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up afterwards. 5 starts all around!

Jamal seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on with my mini split unit from Mr.Cool. He was very thorough in evaluating the situation and what steps needed to be done in order to fix the issue and move forward. Glad I found him on thumbtack still waiting to have the work done but so far the initial evaluation was great.

Great company to work with! Our ac unit broke down on us so we contacted Weather Masters. Jason and his guys are awesome. They were very professional, showed up on time and got us up and running again. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our old unit for a new one, but we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call if you’re in need of their services. You want be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge an $80 trip charge but you get to keep that cost if you hire us to provide your service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re calling for a preventative maintenance agreement it is pretty straight forward. If it is a complete change out, we will need to come by to see the scope of work. If you are interested in duct cleaning, we do prefer to come by before giving a HARD quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified in I & II. We have been providing this service in Metro Atlanta for 32+ years.
