- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary due to the nature of this industry but customers can be easy quoted through our website or our quick phone call quote system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We quote the absolutely best pricing to our happy customers without compromising quality. 2. We meet our customers (who may bring along their project's tile, backsplash, cabinet colors) to our slab warehouse to find the most gorgeous stone color/material that shouts at our customers "I'm the one for your project!" Years of experience and a background in graphic design, we assist in color coordination, theme elements, etc. Of course, no need to spend thousands of dollars on a "designer" to basically affirm what you already have within you instinctually. You may just need a little advice. Our experiential design advice is free. 3. We thoroughly go over all the details of the project and give our customers great choices and options with their project. 4. We seal the deal and schedule a template guy to come with his trusty industry laser and tablet to do a digital template for accuracy and efficiency. 5. After the template has been done, we schedule an installation for our customer's project 5 to 7 business days from the template (sooner if needed or available). 6. 5 to 7 days later our friendly, helpful, professional installation crew comes to our customer's home to install and apply and additional protective sealer on their beautifully fabricated countertops! 7. The home owner gets a quality check "walk through" and knows they have a limited lifetime warranty on their material/stone product and a 1 year labor warranty on our service. 8. Our customers are on tiptoe with joy and doing cartwheels at the awesome job we did.

All our staff is properly educated, trained and qualified to perform their duties. We use very experienced individuals.
