My pricing is transparent and based on scope, materials, and labor. Estimates are detailed so there are no surprises. Any additional work is discussed and approved before proceeding. Quality materials and craftsmanship are always prioritized over shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an on-site consultation to understand the space and the customer’s goals. I provide clear recommendations, a detailed estimate, and a timeline. Once approved, I schedule the work, protect the home, complete the project efficiently, and walk through the final results with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is primarily hands-on, gained through years of professional experience in residential and commercial flooring. I specialize in hardwood installation, sanding and finishing, stair work, and custom layouts such as herringbone and diagonal patterns.
