- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our clients affordable pricing as well as financing to make flooring an option for everyone. We also offer returning customer discounts, veteran discounts, and referral rewards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking appointments with us is super easy! They can easily be placed on our website, text, or giving our office a call. We then discuss what flooring your are wanting to get installed, and where you are looking to get it installed at. We then set up a day for one of our installers to go out and do a free in-home estimate. After measurements are taken we then send out an estimate with pricing and details. If approved we set up install date, and there you have it easy peasy. -Some of the questions we get asked during our first initial phone call is do we need to purchase flooring from us or can we bring our own. And our answer is simple it's completely up to you. You can purchase the flooring thru us or have it picked out before hand and we can pick it up before install date. Our biggest goal is for you to love your floor!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband has been doing this since he was 17. Has lots of experience and has worked for many of the reputable companies like Sherwin Williams, and Empire today. He prides himself in always doing a great job in installing as well as giving a great experience.
