FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes all materials and labor. We do not charge any hidden fees or ‘add-ons’. The price we quote our customers is the price they pay.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With over 30 years professional painting experience, our customers trust us for all their interior painting needs. We provide you with a free estimate, detail what our price includes and do what we say we will do. In addition, we can offer suggestions if inquired to do so. Many of our clients have also asked us to install ceiling (crown) molding, chair rails, and raised paneling to give their rooms a more 'updated' and 'formal' look.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking to hire a professional painter, we suggest doing your homework. Many if not all will claim to be 'professional' but we all know that is not reality. We suggest the following: 1. How many years experience do they have? Not 'combined' experience, but individual experience. Combined means if for example a company has 2 workers and each have 10 years experience, they will say a combined 20 years experience. Yes, that may be good enough for some. However, one who has 20 years experience alone usually knows more and has completed many more jobs. 2. Take a look at their website. A company may be good, but if they don't take the time to produce a neat, clean, and professional looking website, will they take the time to provide a neat, clean and professional job for you? 3. Review photos of jobs done and check any reviews a company may have. Use your own judgement based on what you see and read. Remember, if a company has many great reviews and 1 or 2 bad ones, that doesn't necessarily mean the company has not delivered what was contracted. 4. Ask for references if you are still not satisfied up until now.
