This is an amazing woman. Hire her immediately! She is flexible, thorough a great communicator and very kind. She was a huge help getting our house sold quickly! During our open house, potential buyers noticed “water stains”, which we had never really noticed. We moved 45 minutes away and have a small baby, making it very difficult to go up and investigate the issue ourselves. I found Cynthia on thumbtack and she went to the house late Sunday afternoon. She crawled into my attic, texted me immediately to confirm no current water was there, and even checked the insulation for signs of previous water. She then crawled under the basement stairs to find a can of paint labeled “ceiling”, which I was not even fully sure was there. She painted the two bedroom ceilings in no time and texted me photos of the completed job. My realtor confirmed the next day that they looked amazing. We got an offer that afternoon. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
