- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repeat clients earn discount of 15 percent for the same service performed the following year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Submit documents to a "shared folder" via secure file exchange on internet. 2. When completed work is uploaded as DRAFT to "shared folder", client is notified via email. 3. Reviewed by client, and changes made or discussed (if needed). 4. Client approves final product. 5. Final copies of documents are uploaded for client access and download.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Accounting,licensed CPA, 3 years Public Accounting experience, 20+ years diverse experience for both Publicly traded private companies. Controller & CFO for past ten years in Payroll/HR Outsourcing industry.
