Brandon was a pleasure and literally a breathe of cool fresh air. I hired a company (Braves) the first time after my air stop blowing cool air and all they did was fill it up without checking for a leak and then that leaked back out within 4 days and they were going to charge me again. That was $500 wasted. After it initially leaked out he stated he would get a part to stop the leak and to give him 3-4 days. I waited until 4th day which was a Saturday and didn't get a response until the following Tues where he stated they are still looking for the part.
I then hired a 2nd company "Just Chilling HVAC " and he came out did a diagnostic and would try to find part and check if it was under warranty. I followed up the next day and he told it was on back order and I swear he deleted his profile on Thumbtack. I had no way to contact him after I had already paid him $235.
Lastly I reached out to Brandon and he called me and came out that same afternoon, didn't charge me for the diagnostic test and confirmed what I had already been told. He stated he would check on warranty of part and when he would be able to get it done. He not only got it done a day earlier but he stayed in constant communication throughout the ordeal. He was professional, friendly and prompt. Definitely will continue to hire him for my needs and recommend him to anyone
