My air wasn't working properly, I called E&W and they came out the same day; within hours of me contacting them. I ended up needing the capacitor changed, 2lbs of freeon replaced and the filter changed. It seems to be running great now. I even got nervous a few hours after they left and called again, but he assured me that it would be fine and to give it time. He was right!

I am so glad I found E & W Heating and Air through Thumbtack, otherwise I might have paid a lot more to have my A/C repaired! He was very nice and had it up and running within a few hours of submitting my request.

Problem: Our Air Condition Unit was not cooling.
Mr. White has excellent customer service skills. He was on time. Diagnosed the problem and fix it!!! He explained step by step what he was doing, and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Within 15 to 20 minutes the problem was fixed. After fixing the problem he explained to me and my husband what to look for, and the maintenance that should be done twice a month. Pricing is not bad as I read from some viewers. We highly recommend Mr. White, and will definitely be using his services in the future for maintenance, and routine service. The guys that work with him are also very nice. Mr. White is trustworthy, professional. Highly recommend E&W.

E&W is the man, he came immediately after contacting him. He is very professional and knows his work, within no time both of our units were up and running I would highly recommend him. My family is now comfortable in our home with the air running. Great job!

I posted that my air conditioner was broken at 9:50pm and by 10pm had a response from Mr. White at E & W Heating and cooling. He committed to coming to my house at 8am the following day; and was there exactly at 8. By 10:30 am he had replaced the motor, capacitor and added freon. I couldn't have been happier!!!
