E&W came out to repair our AC unit when it stopped working at 6:00 pm on a Monday night. He was friendly and timely. We ended up having someone else perform the repair due to home warranty restrictions but E&W provided an accurate diagnostic and a fair price for their trip. Thank you!

Mr White discovered that the system was no longer holding Freon and was so old he did not recommend spending any money on repairs that he couldn't guarantee. We agreed not to make any repairs.
