- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three different wedding packages. The first packages starts at $2,400.00. Our last package ends at $4,500.00. We also have a ton of neat add ons for couples looking to spice up their packages. Portraiture and lifestyle photos are different. We start them off at $250.00, but the amount of hours, location and requirements may slightly affect the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is to get to know you. What excites you? What are you looking forward to? What makes you you? I want to make sure I first establish a relationship with my clientele. Then, I move onto the business side of things, where I discuss packages, prices and expectations. Through it all I want my 'new customers' to become trusted friends, and ultimately, family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors degree in English and am currently working on my Masters. Both of these experiences in life have taught me grit, the ability to stick through something and push through. These foundational times in my life have taught me to be motivated and goal-oriented. I also love writing blog posts and allowing my clients to get a glimpse of who Alex and I are.
