Ray came out on a Saturday morning and before he even entered my house he had a good idea what was likely going on. My issue was that my thermostat had gone completely dark, and I was worried that it meant a major system failure. He quickly diagnosed a clog, didn’t drain that had tripped the safety switch not the thermostat or the AC unit itself. He vacuumed out the water, cleared the blockage, and have everything running again in no time. Super professional, honest, and save me from thinking I needed something more expensive.

Ray was so quick to respond and was at our home the same day! Our AC unit needed a new motor and damper. He ordered the parts and installed them within a day. My husband really respected his professionalism, and his pricing was very reasonable. We plan to have him do maintenance twice per year!

Quick to call, on time and he diagnosed multiple issues with thermostat and unit and fixed them, no rush and quality service. Reasonable fees. I would hire again!

Ray was very courteous and friendly. His knowledge of HVAC was impressive. Once he was able to determine what was causing the problem with my heating unit (it was the thermostat actually) Ray fixed the issue. I'm very satisfied with the outcome!

My goal is offer the best quality work for be the most affordable price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers is very simple. I charge $80.00 to diagnose your issue/come out to your residence. I meet with the customer and explain the whole process of the job from diagnosis to repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Air Conditioning Technology, i possess the epa 608 universal certification and I'm a Nate certified technician. ( Nate id : 8190377)
