5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Ray at RNG Heating & Air I had an outstanding experience with Ray from RNG Heating & Air. After submitting a service request late in the evening, Ray promptly responded and arrived at my home the same night to diagnose an issue with my AC unit that had been repeatedly shutting off and on. Unlike other HVAC technicians I’ve dealt with—many seemed more focused on rushing through the job—Ray took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and identify a permanent solution. His dedication to getting it right truly stood out. Ray was quick, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. My AC died on one of the hottest days of the year. Ray was at our house in two hours and went right to work. He easily could've told us we needed a whole new system, but he was honest and said it just needed a part. He did a Band-Aid fix to get us through the night without melting and came back the next morning with the part and fixed everything. He even threw in a few things at no charge. We were so impressed with him as a technician and as a human being that we signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. We're so glad we found Ray and he has earned our highest recommendation.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Ray from RNG Heating and Air. From the moment I sent an email, he responded within one minute and immediately followed up with a phone call. In just 2.5 hours, he was at my home—talk about fast and reliable service! My AC unit hadn’t been serviced in years, and my furnace, located in a packed garage closet, was hard to access due to storage. Not only did Ray perform a much-needed maintenance check, but he also helped me clear out the space himself just so he could safely reach the furnace. That’s above and beyond! Ray was extremely professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept me updated on his arrival time, explained everything he was doing, and showed genuine care and pride in his work. What truly stood out was how thorough he was—he rinsed and cleaned my outside central air unit, which was covered in years of debris. I’ve never had another technician take that kind of care or effort before. I trusted Ray almost instantly. He was kind, patient, and never pushy. One of my two units needs to be replaced, and although he could’ve done it today, he was completely understanding of my situation and scheduled a follow-up in two weeks. I’ve already recommended him to others, and I’ll continue to do so. I don’t want anyone else servicing my HVAC system—Ray was truly a blessing and a God-sent professional. Ray was so quick to respond and was at our home the same day! Our AC unit needed a new motor and damper. He ordered the parts and installed them within a day. My husband really respected his professionalism, and his pricing was very reasonable. We plan to have him do maintenance twice per year!

My goal is offer the best quality work for be the most affordable price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers is very simple. I charge $80.00 to diagnose your issue/come out to your residence. I meet with the customer and explain the whole process of the job from diagnosis to repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Air Conditioning Technology, i possess the epa 608 universal certification and I'm a Nate certified technician. ( Nate id : 8190377)
