I got 4 quotes for this work and when I met with Leo I was confident I would get the best value and work quality. He did a very large (and typically messy) whole house stipple ceiling removal job. I was so happy to see everything completely protected with plastic. We were able to move into a clean home on time and with beautiful smooth ceilings thanks to Leo and his team’s hard work.

3CB recently completed a big job for me. They repaired and painted drywall inside my house in 5 different rooms. They repaired the door casing in my front door and various trim on the outside of my house, and then painted the entire exterior of my house, including trim, shutters, doors, siding, stucco, and concrete walls below the siding. They also painted my deck. The quality of their work was excellent and their customer service was excellent. I could not be more happy with the results of 3CB's work. As a result, I am also having them put a new roof on my house.

We asked Leo and his team to paint our foyer, super high foyer ceiling, and living room. We're just moving into our place and have a lot of upcoming expenses so we are definitely price sensitive. When we first met Leo for an in person evaluation he went reviewed every little ding, scrape, and imperfection in our walls that I honestly hadn't paid much attention to before and noted that his team could repair them in addition to painting. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment, so much so that I assumed we probably wouldn't be able to afford whatever quote he would provide us with. He broke our quote down to several different ranges (what it would be if they did paint the trim and doors, what it would be if they only painted the walls, what the range for materials would be for each job, what the range for labor would be for each job, etc.) We got quotes from two other painting companies and Leo's all inclusive quote was still less expensive than the others minimal quote. I'm so happy we decided to go with Leo's team because our home looks so fresh and bright now it's really made all the difference. If we ever need to paint other rooms in our house I will absolutely be going back to 3CB.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by putting a face to our name by providing free in-person evaluation. The in-person evaluation sets the stage towards earning the trust and business of a potential client. By providing free in-person evaluations we understand the nature of the project, educate potential clients of options available and the ideal process of how the job should be completed. We believe educating potential clients helps them to pick out those professionals that cut corners from those that pride themselves in providing quality workmanship. We ask fact finding questions to understand the potential clients needs, wants and must haves with an end goal to provide them with a firm and accurate labor estimate for their project at hand.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Price is generally the number 1 factor in making a decision to hire a professional. When selecting based on price, a client must ask "What am I getting for my money?" Professionals that provide the lowest price may be doing so by taking shortcuts and providing lower end materials. Always ask "What am I getting for my money?" and compare that with other professionals so you can fairly compare apples to apples.

What are the nice to haves vs the must haves.
This helps professionals provide an accurate estimate based on the customers needs and wants. It also helps compare apples to apples when selecting a professional.
