I had no clue what I wanted in my logo other than my brand name and a heart. After receiving the initial email from Anitra (within an hour), I called her to discuss the process and give her some insight to what I was looking for. In just a few days I received an email from her with four different concepts. I was able to pick what I liked or didn't like about each and she quickly had three additional concepts to consider and I worked with her to adjust one of those until I felt it was the right one. From nothing to a beautiful and professional looking logo in just two weeks without costing an arm & leg was great! I have recommended KNP Designs to a few other people already and will continue to do so simply because she is professional, quick to respond, and pleasant to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is cost effective. Each customer is different and have different requirements. We will discuss your total requirement and then provide you with a proposal if needed. We charge by the project and never by the hour. We do offer discounts for packages that are purchased with our company.
We do offer discounts for non profit organizations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers! We first welcome our new clients will a 15 min phone call to discuss their project and vision. We then work up an outline for the customer so that he/she is aware of the expectations from our team. We want to see our new customer happy. We believe in creating long term relationships with our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a very diverse team with over 20 years of total web development and logo design experience. We are passionate about what we do. We have created websites and logos for all major industries. We have created over 300 website and logos.
