- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process in working with a new client is as follows: 1. Consultation -- Its important to find out what my clients specific and individual needs are to help assist them achieve their goals. 2. Contracted Agreement -- Once the client agrees to work with me, A contract is sent that obligates both parties to carry out their promises. If for any reason I cannot meet the needs of the client, the contract in becomes Null in Void. 3. Content Proofs -- I will send drafts of work, continuously consulting with the client until client is satisfied with a draft. 4. Client Approval -- Once Client approves of the final draft, I will continue and create the final version of the content. 5. Payment -- All payment is secured via Paypal. Once payment is received, the client will receive their content.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Miami Hamilton University with a BBA and no formal training in Graphic Design or Marketing. However, I have dedicated over 2000 hours to perfecting my craft so my work is professional and of the highest standard.
