- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to keep my fees as reasonable and fair as possible because there’s no need to hit someone over the head to make a decent buck. My fees will include a travel fee based on the distance and not one set fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I make the initial introduction, I look over the details of the job. If it is a job I am qualified to do I let them know how I can assist them and tell them my fees and what is included with my fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have medical assistant training and also have worked as an administrative assistant for over 30 yrs. I am the President and CEO of my full service entertainment company and at some point in each position I have had to either have a document notarized or someone have inquired about having a form or document notarized.
