- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing with no hourly fees or hidden costs. Prices are based on the type and complexity of the documents. Full payment is required before work begins. Expedited service is available for an additional fee. There are no refunds once drafting starts. Court fees, filing, service, and notary costs are paid separately by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients contact us and explain what documents they need. We confirm the service, scope, and next steps by email. Payment is made first to begin the process. The client receives a DocuSign agreement and intake form. We prepare the documents using the client’s information. Drafts are sent for review, then finalized and delivered ready to file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is paralegal-led with formal legal document preparation training and hands-on experience in court procedures, formatting, and filing requirements. We are trained in civil, family, probate, estate planning, business, and post-conviction document preparation, and we strictly follow non-attorney and UPL compliance rules.
