- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly involved in the nutritional and physical aspect of personal training. I stay up to date on the latest training methods, fad diets, miracle pills, latest workout craze and all things in between.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when i was a teenager playing football in high school. I started lifting weights and got hooked. Then when i wrestled, i learned the importance of nutrition and proper dieting. Crash diets and starving are not healthy ways to lose weight.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my clients want to lose weight and get in shape. I help them increase their stamina, strength and nutritional knowledge.
