- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing data entry for a mailing company in 1989. I found the technology around me fascinating and realized that I have a talent for working in it. Later I discovered how much people depend on technology and how great it feels to help them understand and utilize it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time. Know what you want to accomplish before hiring someone. Be sure the company philosophy is inline with your needs. There are many technology savvy individuals out there. Find someone who cares about your needs.
