Joan took an Austrian crystal necklace that my mother had purchased 60 years ago and converted it to two pair of earrings for my daughters-in-law. She had a few beads left over and made me a pendant necklace free of charge. Everything was beautifully done. She also, at an earlier time shortened a necklace for me and converted a pair of earrings from posts to wires. I was very pleased with the results, both in quality of work and time taken to complete it.
