I want to start this by saying 1,000 thank-yous. Hard work and diligence are not even good enough to describe the job you did to help my family and me. In short, I got a new dryer, and the “professionals” did their job simply by connecting it. When the new dryer was connected, it told me that my dryer was 80% clogged. I called another company to clean the vents, but they were not able to do the full job and pulled out about 1/10th of the amount in the picture, and they told me what they pulled out was a lot. I believed them, but the dryer still told me it was 80% full a day after they left. I tried it one more time with Gratified, and they did more than was required by not only fully cleaning my vents but also fixing the connection that the other “professionals” did when they connected it. Way more efficient and help create more space. I will continue to use your service, but I will also 100% recommend it!! Thank you!

He did an amazing job on our 35 air returns, supplys and Ducts, Fireplace Chimney and Dryer vent. He showed up on time and messaged ahead of time when he was on his way. Cleaned up any mess as he went and was willing to work around our dogs. Very professional, very neat (in a very dirty job), very meticulous. He took pictures as he went to show me each vent before and after. Would gladly recommend to anyone and would hire again
