Sebastian was awesome to work with. We hired Vane for a fireplace renovation project. It involved removing an old fireplace, framing out and tiling a new one, and then installing a mantle and hanging a television. Everything was great. He showed up on time, did the project smoothly and efficiently and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. We also had some delay in getting some additional tile toward the end but he was flexible and understanding. Overall was very impressed with Vane and would highly recommend.

I contacted Vane Home Renovations through Thumbtack for some custom deck stairs I needed built. I’ve never used Thumbtack before and was a little Leary. Sebastian from VHR responded in 15 minutes and drive to my home that evening to assess. Next day I had a very fair quote and work commenced in just a couple more days. They come fully equipped and ready to work. The results are great and they are even coming back to make a couple of tweaks for me. I highly recommend Vane Home Renovations and I will use them again.

10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!! Look no further and hire Sebastian right away. Look at the BEFORE & AFTER pictures of the kitchen remodeling and judge for yourself. Honest, on time, attention to details, no subs, and most importantly CLEAN quality work at a competitive price and great VALUE!

We like to see the project at first glance and determine what is the best option or solution in order to archive the best result for the costumer, then we move forward with a estimate follow with a contract sing online. This help us build a secure and trustworthy relationship with costumer and vise versa , after that will get supplies and material needed to start ,then we proceed with date and time to start. We like to advice time of arrive to the house/place in order to costumer to be prepare. We also enjoy advising any changes occur during the procedure to accommodate the costumer desires and budge fulfillment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
