What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base six-month fee for all new clients and a 10% cost-of-living fee each year. If the base fee proves to be unfair, it will be adjusted at the seventh month.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education every year to stay abreast of financial and business accounting.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had two areas that I had a passion for when I first started college; I chose the first one, Print Journalism, at that time. Years later, I got an MBA in my second passion of business accounting and I am living my second dream as an independent accountant.
