ViJay Home Soulutions LLC scheduled an appointment to repair some trim in my condo for 5/21/12. They quoted me a price and let me know what time that morning they would arrive. Upon arrival the repair man did not have any tools and said he was coming to give an estimate only. Though they had already quoted me a price and previously did not say they were coming for an estimate only. the repair man said he could return to do the work at a later time that day only to cancel 1 hour later and then go back and add quote only to the original request. Very dishonest vendor and big waste of time. I had other options available that I turned down based on this vendor saying they could do the work. Big disappoinment! BEWARE!!!very dishonest vendor, sent an unprepared repair man and didn't do any of the work!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars for this vendor I would!!!

It seems like there was a miscommunication with this customer. Our company never agrees to any price without looking at the job first. Which is why we scheduled for someone to come out and look at the project first. Please note that before we start any project, it is essential that we look at the project first to ensure that we are quoting the best possible price. We will subsequently provide an estimate to the customer. If the customer agrees to our price, we will then schedule time to do the work. The customer was told in advance that we are booked up and cannot do the work the day she wanted it completed by. Customer was told that we will need to look at the job the following week and if that did not work with her scheduled, she can use another company. Customer decided to schedule time for us to look at the project (not start the project). Perhaps, the customer misunderstood “looking at the project” to actually “doing the repairs”. Quotes below from our conversation. Best of luck to the customer in the future. Tasha “Let us know if you are available Monday morning May 21st. If so, we can have someone come look at the project.” Tasha “Typically, a project like what you've described would be around $75. Unfortunately we cannot do the job on the 16th, thus it may be best to hire another company.” Hi Tasha, “Thank you for your interest in our company. We are currently booked up this week and won't get a chance to look at your job until next week sometime. If this works for you, please let us know your availability for next week.”
