Hired them to build a deck and reinforce a section for a hot tub. They had it ripped up and fully installed by next day. Then Monday came and stained the wood to match the vinyl planks. Did a terrific job. They also helped with a rotted subfloor by repairing the section, putting down new flooring and jacking up the joist and stabilizing it below. Would highly recommend! Chris really knows how to fix just about anything!

Chris gave us an estimate for removing the front portion of our deck shown in the first photographs and replacing the railings and adding steps, and staining the entire deck - railings and old floors. He brought materials one day, did the demo the second and a separate crew to do the steps. We had given him a rendering of what we wanted but the result was WAY better than we had anticipated. We included replacing the boards that encased the siding on both sides of the chimney. When he returned to take care of some hidden damage he had found while inspecting the deck and replacing the chimney boards, he uncovered damage to our chimney that required the top, siding and internals to be removed and replaced. That was accomplished expeditiously and included painting the new assembly. New flashing was installed where water had been seeping through that caused the rot in unexposed wood. One special note. I had asked about a copper cap for the posts. I was only thinking about a plain cap just to keep water from penetrating the top. He suggested one that had a solar powered light. They are much more attractive and he did not charge extra. We are very pleased with his work.
