- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very affordable and competitive. Additionally, once a client, you will have the convenience of an online payment option sent to your email via electronic invoice. You still have cash as well as other options available to you as well. Convenience, Skill & professionalism are essentials that we strive to provide. In industry you sometimes have to sacrifice one or two but we aim to give you the package of all three.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we work through your expectations. Along with our professional opinions, it's important that we have a clear understanding of how to serve you. From there we agree on the frequency of your maintenance based on how fast your lawn grows. We offer, Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly maintenance plans. From there you elect your choice of payment method. Afterwards, your lawn is systematically maintained on schedule at you convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many many years of experience and training. Much of my training was provided by my great great grandfather who owned and operating a Lawn care and Landscaping business for all of his long lived life.
