Water losses and mold remediation can be expensive out of pocket and that's why it's important to determine first if your carrier will cover the loss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is simple. when a homeowner suffers a water loss and that the homeowner is insured we contact your carrier to determine if the loss is covered and file a claim. we then submit an estimate to the carrier and we then start the mitigation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I furthered my education by taking 8 courses in mold remediation and water restoration and now I'm IICRC certified.
