Celeste was our wedding day of coordinator. We handed her a mess a few weeks before our date, and she turned it into my dream wedding. She made sure we stayed on task and schedule. This is a service company I would recommend to anyone holding any type of function that requires an event planner. I have used this company twice and both times I have been impressed including my guests. The owner of the company Celeste is a true professional and we need more like her in the industry. We used there services for the wedding and a company function. Great service keep it up!

Celeste offered the ultimate service from the moment we started working with her through the end of our reception. I could not believe a wedding planner or anyone could and would be so attentive to every detail, right down to helping me to make sure certain family members felt included and honored during the process. (I have a unique family blend) Anyway, at the end of the day, I was happy, my husband was happy and every member of my family was happy and offered nothing but glowing comments about the beautiful and flawless occasion, my wedding.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My services are based on defined package content. We have Gold, Platinum and Titanium service packages that start at $750. I offer customized packages and have an hourly rate for a la carte services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I begin by listening to the vision the customer has for their event. This initial discovery process can be done over the telephone or a face to face meeting and is complimentary. I provide recommendations and/or options that I offer that best meet the needs of the client. Once hired, We then discuss the proposed budget in detail vs. the vision. I complete a gap analysis and begin research to support my recommendations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Wedding Consultant/Planning certification, Conference and Meeting Management Certificate, Project Management Professional (PMP) and a MBA. I am always resesrching educational material that addresses the latest trends in design, color and business resources. I attend forums and trade shows related to the wedding and meeting planning profession.
