- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep it simple. There are no hidden costs, fees, or anything of the sort. We have hourly rates for on site services, and flat rate pricing for services preformed at our shop.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
By combining my skills, knowledge and training with my desire to teach and help people, this was the only clear solution to filling both.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In the end, the most common part of the job is imparting some of my knowledge to people, and giving them the satisfaction of knowing they have received the best quality and care available. No job is ever truly finished because we care about our customers and how they are doing.
