- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnose/service call fee is $60 which is waved if we do the repair. Our prices are based on the National Appliance Repair Pricing Guide aka "Appliance repair blue book". We have 10% off military and senior discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up the appointment for the diagnostics service during the initial call from the customer. Our technician arrives to the customer and diagnosing the issue. Technician names the price for the reppair to the homeowner. If technician has a part on his truck, he proceeds with the repair if he gets a customers approval. If technician doesn't have the necessary part then customer asked to leave a deposit and technician orders the part. When part arrives we schedule another appointment for the installation and collecting the remaining ballance after job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have technical education backgrounds, appliance repair schools and experienced senior technicians that have over 50 years of combined experience. However our technician never stop training and improving their skills and knowledge. Technicians are taking annual factory trainings as new technologies are constantly evolving.
