- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The majority of minor handyman services are a set price plus any materials needed to complete the scope of work. Jobs that require more labor and materials are quoted specifically for the clients project and written in a scope of work that will comply with the quote. Veterans and seniors over 60 are eligible for %10 discount on the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Determine the clients problems or needs. Meet with the client and evaluate the work and materials necessary to complete the job. Write a complete scope of work and explain every detail in correlation to the competitive quote such as labor and materials. Agree on reasonable price and complete the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I grew up in a real estate and home building family. My father built houses in the metro Atlanta area for over 30 years. I took a position working for my father and learned the business in and out. I have over ten years experience in the handyman/construction business. With great customer service and quality services I keep a lot of clients coming back.
