Ms. McCuster is a very nice lady and I am quite sure her cleaning skills are much better than the services I received. She made a mistake but immeidately let me know what it was and paid for the repair. But she wasn't as thorough as one might expect...i.e. the drawers in the fridge/freezer were not removed to be cleaned so the food that had dropped behind was not seen and there was a foul stench when the door was opend during the move-out insection. This resulted in the need to hire a second cleaning service in order to clear the house. Ms. McCuster did refund the monies paid for her cleaning services and she paid for the repairs. Very nice lady, just seem to have some minor hiccups. I think she will be successful in future hirings.
