Our experience with this company has been extremely positive. The owner, Caleb, is knowledgeable in all facets of landscaping, design and irrigation. From our first meeting to discuss our vision to the final completion of our entrance, he extended patient and detailed service giving consideration to the budgetary constraints we wanted to meet. He painstakingly submitted multi-tiered estimates giving us numerous options to present to our Board of Directors for approval. The final look is impressive and welcoming, just as a five star resort entrance should be. We are excited to watch the transformation continue as the plants mature and the season's change. Greenlife has been retained on a monthly basis to oversee and maintain the project. We are confident that we can depend on the dependability and professionalism of this company help us keep our best face forward.

Worst experience ever. I had to renegotiate an already agreed upon price just to get the job completed. What I was left with was cut roots holding up sod, jagged edges around an existing flower bed and a lumpy, bumpy yard I will have to spend hundreds of dollars on sand to level out.
GreenLife Property Services's reply
The customer had a desired area to be landscaped in which the company's measurements indicated that it would require 7 pallets of sod to get total coverage of CUSTOMER'S desired area of patching. When advised that it would take closer to 7 pallets, the customer being the expert/professional and not the company, stated that he wanted to go with only 6 pallets and that it would cover the area. Once the old vegetation was removed and ground was prepped, 6 pallets were laid. Leaving an exposed area of which CUSTOMER again, desired to be sodded, an area of roughly 450 square feet. With 504 square feet to a pallet, it's only common sense that is needed to know that the area discussed would require 1 more pallet. When the company advised customer it would take 1 more pallet of sod, customer blamed the company of opening too much ground, even though only the areas discussed and outlined where removed for patching. The company continued to work with the customer, going as far as dropping price to finish work and have a satisfying outcome for the customer. Although the customer did not take into consideration company's expertise or experience, the customer recieved more than an ample amount of quality service and workmanship.
