- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I proved the best quote possible to do the job well. While I consider my prices fair and firm, I do provide discounts for recurring services. Before providing a set quote, I would like to talk to you about your particular needs, we can talk a little bit about what you’d like done and more about our process to ensure you get a fair and accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting a job, I like to meet with my client to ensure that I have a full understanding of your particular needs and expectations. I want to understand your likes and dislikes, your pet peeves, ways that I could go above and beyond to add ease to your day. Whether I’m cleaning your home or running errands for you, once we’ve spoken you can feel sure that we are on the same page and on our way to a positive working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My cleaning experience was inspired, my grandmother. As a hard-working nurse, she taught me young how to take clean and take care of our home. I’ve been able to carry that sentiment and love into my cleaning services every day. In regards to my other concierge services, I also have 32 years of experience in finance and corporate America. I know numbers and I know people.
