- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the backsplash and the type of tile we are installing. We also tear out backsplashes and install a new Beautiful backsplash for our customers to enjoy for many years to come. Sometimes we may come across an unforeseen condition like stud repair or once you take off the backsplash there is 3/4 to 1" gap between the countertop and the studs in the wall. We are very competitive and at the same time we are not the cheapeast
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer agrees with the quote and wants to move forward on the installation, the customer is to provide all of the materials listed in the detailed estimate. In some cases customer may need someone to deliver materials that are paid for at the home improvement store to the home by our installers. We offer that service. Our primary goal is to protect your your home while we install your Beautiful Backsplash and keep you informed every step of the way.
