Had a great experience with Cory & assistant. They showed up on time, and were patient while we had more material delivered. He talked through the install with me, we had to plan around where to end the tile near the fridge, and a separate area by the cooktop. The install took two days and they worked on a holiday. I would recommend them for your tile project.

Let me just start with saying Corey is an perfectionist. My kitchen looks beautiful after new backsplash.
They are fairly priced, easy to work with, quick to respond to everything I.e. quote, questions, doubts, even answered my call over weekend when I was buying material at Home Depot and had a doubt.
Adjusted the date of removal and install based on my schedule. Flexible with the schedule.
The quality of workmanship is great, Corey took time to install every piece of arabesque tile (rather complex). and installed it to perfection. He was the first installer who said thank you after finding a some chipped tiles(which is normal for glass tile) in his work and not an excuse.
They left the place clean. I will definitely use them again. We

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the backsplash and the type of tile we are installing. We also tear out backsplashes and install a new
Beautiful backsplash for our customers to enjoy for many years to come. Sometimes we may come across an unforeseen condition like stud repair or once you take off the backsplash there is 3/4 to 1" gap between the countertop and the studs in the wall.
We are very competitive and at the same time we are not the cheapeast
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer agrees with the quote
and wants to move forward on the installation, the customer is to provide all of the materials listed in the detailed estimate. In some cases customer may need someone to deliver materials that are paid for at the home improvement store to the home by our installers.
We offer that service.
Our primary goal is to protect your your home while we install your Beautiful Backsplash and keep you informed every step of the way.
