- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard $85 dispatch fee for coming out and assessing what needs to be done, this fee is waived if the customer agrees to have the work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive at the customers home at the time they need you there, walk through and see exactly what the customer is wanting done and how you can help solve their problem. Explain different options and how each one will benefit them and solve the problem they are having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7+ years of field work. Both on the job and in the classroom training. As well as ongoing monthly training sessions for new products that have come out.
