Charles catered a party for me containing 150 guests. He arrived promptly at the time I specified. Upon his arrival he had everything needed to prepare the meals for my guests. The food was excellent as well as the presentation. Everyone was extremely happy including me. He's an excellent chef and wonderful caterer.
