FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is different and presents its own set of issues. I try to offer fair pricing to clients, while at the same time keeping in mind the time that will be required to provide quality representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally am able to speak with a potential client on the phone, and get an idea of the issues involved and what it may cost to go forward. Depending on the type of case, sometimes I can do a free in-office consultation, but may charge up to $40 for an in-office consult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law degree from Mercer University, 2002.
