- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly bookkeeping packages typically start at $300 per month for small businesses with low transaction volume. Cleanup and catch-up projects are quoted separately after reviewing the books and determining how much work is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a discovery call to learn about your business, your current bookkeeping setup, and what you need help with. From there, I review your accounting system, bank and credit card accounts, transaction volume, and any cleanup needs. Once the scope is clear, I provide a proposal, send an agreement, and begin onboarding. After access is provided to QuickBooks Online, bank/credit card statements or view-only access, and any prior records, I organize the books, reconcile accounts, review outstanding items, and provide clear financial reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s in Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College. I also have over 10 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, including full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cleanup projects, and monthly close support.
