What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly accounting packages typically start at $300 for small businesses with a low transaction volume. Cleanup and catch-up services are priced separately after an initial review of your books to determine the scope of work. You’ll receive clear, upfront pricing before any work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a discovery call to understand your business, current accounting setup, and specific needs. I then review your QuickBooks account, transaction volume, bank and credit card accounts, and any cleanup required. Once the scope is clear, I provide a detailed proposal and service agreement.
After onboarding and receiving the necessary records or view-only access, I organize your books, reconcile accounts, address outstanding items, and deliver accurate financial reports with clear communication throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s in Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College. I am also an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Certified professional. With more than 10 years of accounting experience, I have extensive training in full-cycle accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping cleanups, and monthly close support.
