- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is thoughtfully tailored to fit the size and complexity of your business. We offer transparent, flat-rate monthly packages so you always know what to expect—no surprise fees, ever. We also provide catch-up and clean-up services for those who are a little (or a lot) behind. First-time clients receive a complimentary discovery call, and we occasionally offer new-client discounts during special promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no-pressure consultation to understand where you are and what kind of support you need. Once we align on a scope of work, we’ll guide you through a smooth onboarding process with clear communication every step of the way. From there, we set up your books, implement our Peace Haven systems, and schedule regular check-ins to keep your financials calm, clean, and current.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder has over a decade of experience in operations, project and financial management, as well as bookkeeping systems for small businesses and startups. In addition to formal business training and bookkeeping certifications, we stay updated with QuickBooks Online, cloud accounting best practices, and compliance standards—so you don’t have to.
